Symphonic Sundays
Shrewsbury School run two orchestras for young musicians across the county. They are called Symphonic Sundays and they rehearse four times a year with a Gala concert in June, all free and based at Shrewsbury School. One is aimed for any child that can play 5 notes up to grade 3 and the other for grade 3 musicians and above.
The concert this year is Sunday 16th June. Much Wenlock Primary School choir will be performing as part of this event.

Children’s concert at Shrewsbury School
There is also a Children’s Concert on Sunday 19th November at 12.00noon in the Maidment Building at Shrewsbury School, which is free and an informative and interactive concert for children of all ages. Refreshments are served from 11.30am. Booking is advised as it is always a popular concert, please follow link below or see attached poster.
